the location was great, right next to the metro. the room was really clean, i could see they cleaned it every day, it was amazing!!! there was coffee and water available at reception.
The room was small, maybe smaller than i expected. the air-conditioning did not work, so it was a bit hot. the breakfast room seemed like a sauna. It was not ideal.

Location was fantastic. It was really close to the main train station! plenty of amazing pastry shops were nearby, offering lots of treats to enjoy. the staff were really friendly and accommodating. They let us drop off our luggage so we could explore. the beds were good, the cleanliness excellent. the service and coffee were great.
The tea making facilities in the room weren't replenished. There was only one cup, and the second cup was never cleaned, just the one that had been in the room.

i stayed in a top floor room, specifically on the fifth floor. the room included a small entry area complete with a kettle, safe, and wardrobe. a door separated this space from the main bedroom ensuring quietness. the complimentary coffee machine and water tap were available in the foyer..
the air conditioning did not function properly . i informed the staff, they apologized but could not resolve the issue.

my room, the standard double room, was quite small. i struggled with the limited space, particularly in the bathroom. also the breakfast area was crowded and chaotic. finding a table was a challenge and the buffet layout made it difficult to move around without bumping into other guests. this made for a less than relaxing start to the day.

the room was very clean with a daily cleaning service. the bonne nouvelle metro station was a short walk (only 2-3 minutes away!) and the neighborhood felt safe with many restaurants nearby.

I found the reception staff very helpful. they were accommodating to my needs . the breakfast had a lot of choices. I appreciated that. the hotel's location near the metro made getting around easy.
the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up with the summer heat. it would run and shut down for long periods, so i informed management.
